Do you want to invite in more love, to accept and know yourself more fully, to allow for greater capacity to hold all parts of yourself? Together we will use the power of Breathwork to go within and find greater knowledge and love of who we are. We will use the breath to soften where there is resistance and crack open our hearts to a more expansive self understanding.
Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to heal physically, emotionally and spirtually. This is a practice that can aid in letting go of old narratives, traumas and fears as well as connect you to greater clarity, inspiration and a sense of embodiment. If you have been feeling stuck in your life, having difficulty letting love in or moving past an old wound, I invite you to try this practice. Breathwork is an active practice that can bring up emotions, the body doesn't bring up what it isn't available to hold. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter.
This practice is done lying down, create a comfortable safe space for yourself. An eye pillow and palm stones can offer support and allow for deeper journeying, but are not essential.
This is a virtual group, a link will be sent out on the day of the group and a recording will be sent out to all afterwords in case you can’t make the live call. Recordings are good for 2 weeks after the group.
