Facial Cupping is an easy and effective way to support the health of your skin. It is also a great technique for easing jaw tension, sinus pressure, seasonal allergies and to boost immunity. Rooted in the Chinese Medical belief that movement is key to health, cupping releases tension, increases circulation and drains lymph. This practice works beautifully as a stand alone practice or in conjunction with other practices like gua sha. You will leave this class with confidence to continue to support your skin at home with your cupping practice.
