We will begin with some writing prompts to remember the ways this year has shaped us, transition into active breathwork for letting go and dropping in and integrate in our innate wisdom and intuition.

Our faces are how we connect, express and take in the world, facial cupping offers a unique practice to release the tension of expression and held emotion while also benefiting the health of the skin. Facial Cupping is an easy and effective way practice and a great technique for easing jaw tension, sinus pressure, seasonal allergies and supporting your nervous system.

Facial cupping is an easy and effective way to release tension, boost circulation and move lymph. Facial cupping is one of my favorite self care tools, cupping more than gua sha boosts yin in the tissue, feeding the garden of the face. In this class we will cover a basic facial protocol that you can use as a stand alone practice or add to your facial gua sha practice.

There are stories that hold us back and stories that liberate us. Each of us hold both kinds within us, but sometimes the limiting stories get more air time, their grooves get more cemented. In this group we will work with the stories we tell ourselves, the ones that are perhaps not serving our best interests and we will play with coming up with some new more skillful, more liberating stories.

Dive into the intelligence of your subconscious with guided group hypnosis. In this group we will be playing with time. We will be traveling into the future to meet a future and resourced version of ourselves and traveling into the past to meet ourselves in a time when we could use more support, allowing the future and present selves to support our past self. With this practice we can help change the energetics around experiences and the way they inform our daily lives. Hypnosis is a collaboration with your mind, your nervous system and the unique language of your subconscious. It is a powerful and yet playful space to get curious and create change.

Autumn is governed by the lungs, the emotion of grief and the practice of letting go. In this group we will work with the breath as the physical embodiment of letting go, the inhale and exhale as an exploration of where we’re gripping, where we can let go a little more and where we’re holding grief. You don’t have to be going through a period of loss or grief to benefit from this practice, as we are always in a practice with letting go be they big or small experiences. Autumn offers us this container to touch in on what we’ve had to let go of in the past and where we are in this moment. Just saying goodbye to summer is itself a little grief to breathe through.

A supermoon is when a full moon occurs at the closest point to Earth during its’ orbit, it will appear bigger and brighter and is the closest we get to the moon. There is something magical about this opportunity to be this close to the moon yet still so far, to partake in this particular dance of illumination, to be so small in the face of vastness. In this breathwork group we’ll gather on this auspicious day in honor of this dance, to integrate seasonally this last full moon of the summer, to breathe in a container of illumination and awe.
