BREATHWORK - THE JOURNEY IN

Our bodies are infinitely wise and carry information that we cannot access with our minds, or that gets clouded by fears and the logic mind. Practices like Breathwork allow us to create altered states that allow for deeper listening to the body, to our intuition, creativity and emotion. Come breathe, open, let go, feel and be seen by the wisdom that is you. If you are interested trying an efficient breath pattern to access and build a stronger connection to your personal truth, I invite you to try Breathwork.

Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to release somatic holding, to experience emotion that might not be available at the surface and to access intuition and insight. This is your practice and I encourage everyone to breathe at a pace that feels right for you and to use this practice as a container of self holding, self listening and self care. Breathwork can be helpful if you have been feeling stuck in any area of your life, it is a powerful and practical tool to work with your own energy, a bridge out of the critical mind and into deeper resources available to all of us. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter, however this is an active practice that brings up emotions and can bring up memories, if you are working with traumas you may want to check in with your therapist first and you are always welcome to reach out with further questions.

This group is sliding scale, please pick the one that best fits your needs. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, please reach out if you need additional support.

  • This is a virtual group, a link will be sent out on the day of the group and a recording will be sent out to all afterwords in case you can’t make the live call. Recordings are good for 2 weeks after the group.

  • This practice is done lying down, create a comfortable safe space for yourself. An eye pillow and palm stones can offer support and allow for deeper journeying, but are not essential.
