Fall belongs to the element of metal and to the lungs, we inspire and we let go. Come join in breath to welcome in this new element and portal, release on the exhale what no longer serves and accept the next breath the next inspiration on the inhale. We are in constant flux and evolution, only more potent when we do so in collaboration with the natural flow.
Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to heal physically, emotionally and spirtually. This is a practice that can aid in letting go of old narratives, traumas and fears as well as connect you to greater clarity, inspiration and a sense of embodiment. If you have been feeling stuck in your life, having difficulty letting love in or moving past an old wound, I invite you to try this practice. Breathwork is an active practice that can bring up emotions, the body doesn't bring up what it isn't available to hold. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter.
This is a virtual group, if you can’t make the live class a recording will be sent out to participants after. A zoom link will be sent out on the day of the event. This practice is done lying down, create a safe comfortable space for yourself to breathe, an eye pillow is a nice addition.
